  • The abstract title should not exceed 10 words, and the author names must not appear within the body of the abstract.
  • The abstract text is limited to a maximum of 1,000 characters, including non‑visible characters such as spaces and line breaks. This limit does not include the title, author information, tables, or figures.
  • The abstract must be structured to include the following sections in order: Title, Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
  • Keywords must be provided when submitting an abstract.
  • Abstracts must present original, unpublished work. Submissions of previously published work will not be accepted. If the data presented are supplementary to a published study, such supplementary data may be submitted.

  • Authors are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted and must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could influence their work.
  • Submissions of meta‑analyses and reviews on specific topics that are generated using artificial intelligence tools are not permitted.
  • The use of automated assistive writing technologies (such as artificial intelligence or machine learning tools) is permitted, provided that their use is documented and authors assume full responsibility for the content. As with human‑generated content, authors are responsible for the accuracy, validity, and originality of computer‑generated content. Automated assistive writing technologies do not qualify for authorship, as they are unable to provide approval or consent for submission.
  • At least one author must complete registration; each presenter may submit a maximum of 3 abstracts.
  • When submitting, authors must indicate whether they are applying for an oral presentation or a poster presentation.
  • Authors are encouraged to present their posters on site. If you are unable to attend in person, you may still submit your poster abstract, which will be included in the Congress proceedings compiled after the event. Please note, however, that posters not presented on site will not be displayed, nor will they be considered for selection for publication in the Journal of Hypertension.
  • The registration fee is not required immediately upon abstract submission and may be paid at a later stage. Please note that payment must be made before the registration deadline. For further details, please refer to the Registration Guidelines page on the Congress website.
  • The Scientific Committee reserves the right to review, accept, reject, or withdraw abstracts.
