Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentation

  • Oral presentations will be delivered exclusively onsite. Each session is limited to one presenter per accepted abstract.
  • The final programme and individual presentation times will be confirmed and circulated following the notification of acceptance.

Poster Presentation

  • Posters will be displayed electronically via dedicated e‑poster stations. No physical mounting is required. Presenters are expected to use the standard template provided and present their work on‑screen.
  • Poster presenters are required to be present at their designated e‑poster station during the assigned presentation periods for live discussion and engagement.
  • The full presentation schedule and allocated times for poster sessions will be announced after the acceptance notification has been issued.
