The 32nd Scientific Meeting of the International Society of Hypertension (ISH 2027)

International participants who require a visa to enter China may apply for an official visa invitation letter. This letter is issued by the congress secretariat to support your visa application.

Please note that the visa invitation letter does not guarantee visa issuance. The final decision rests with the Chinese embassy or consulate in your country.

Eligibility

You must have completed your registration.
Your payment must be fully settled.
The name on your passport must match the name used in your registration.

How to Apply

Step 1: Complete Your Registration
Register for the congress and ensure your payment has been fully processed.

Step 2: Submit Your Application
Log in to your Personal Centre and complete the Visa Letter Application Form. You will be asked to provide the following information:

Full name (exactly as shown in your passport)
Passport number and expiry date
Date of birth
Nationality
Affiliation / Institution
Mailing address
Email address
Any additional information required by the embassy

Step 3: Review and Issuance
The secretariat will review your application within 10 working days. Once approved, your visa invitation letter will be sent to you by email.

Step 4: Apply for Your Visa
Print the invitation letter and submit it along with your visa application at the Chinese embassy or consulate in your country.

Important Notes

The invitation letter will only be issued to participants who have completed registration and full payment.
Please apply for your visa letter at least 8 weeks before the congress to allow sufficient time for visa processing.
The secretariat is unable to contact embassies or consulates on your behalf.
If your registration is cancelled or your payment is refunded, your visa invitation letter will be automatically invalidated.
