Please find below the registration categories and fees for the ISH 2027 Shanghai meeting. 
We encourage you to complete your registration by the early registration deadline of 15^th June 2027.

• Membership Discount: Only members of the International Society of Hypertension (ISH) and the Chinese Hypertension League (CHL) are eligible for the discounted member rate. Please verify your membership status before registering.
• Low & Lower-Middle-Income Countries: A special registration fee is available to participants from low and lower-middle-income countries. Eligible countries are listed below:

• Documentary Proof: All documentary proof must be uploaded during registration. Registrations without valid proof will not be processed.
  • ISH Members / CHL Members: Valid proof of membership certificate must be uploaded during registration.
  • Healthcare Professionals, Residents, Students and Trainees: Register under the Healthcare Professionals category. Valid proof (e.g. hospital/student ID, employment letter) must be uploaded during registration.
  • Low & Lower-Middle-Income Countries: Proof of residence or employment in an eligible country must be uploaded during registration.
  • Industry Representative – Non-Exhibitor: Documentary proof issued by your head of department (company or institute) must be uploaded during registration.
• Gala Dinner Ticket: The Gala Dinner will be held on the evening of Friday, 29 October 2027. Accompanying family members are permitted to attend, but tickets must be purchased in advance. Each ticket admits one person only. As seats are limited, early purchase is strongly recommended to secure your place. Ticket sales will close once capacity is reached.
• Access Restrictions: Apart from the Gala Dinner, accompanying persons will not be admitted to the Congress sessions or the Exhibition Area. Access to the Congress sessions and the Exhibition Area is restricted to registered participants wearing a named badge. Security screening and badge checks will be in operation at the entrances to the session rooms. Attendees must not carry knives or any other items prohibited under local law.

Domestic and International Participants Residing in China

• Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer in the corresponding currency, Renminbi (RMB).
• For bank transfers, the sender's name must be the same as the registered participant's name.

International Participants Residing Outside China

• Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
• Credit card instalment payments are not available.

Bank Transfer

• After completing your registration, you can check your registration and payment status through Personal Centre.
• Once your registration and payment have been completed, your registration receipt will be available for download and printing from Personal Centre.
• A Certificate of Attendance will be available for download from Personal Centre after the congress.

• The registration fee does not include travel, accommodation, or post‑congress tours. Participants are responsible for making their own arrangements. The organising committee has reserved a number of partner hotels; please refer to the accommodation information for details and make your own reservations.
• Upon successful registration, your name, affiliation, and title will be printed on your badge and congress materials. Please ensure that all information is carefully verified, as no changes will be permitted after confirmation. Registration is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to another individual.
• Please wear your badge at all times during the congress. Entry to any part of the congress venue will not be permitted without a valid badge.
• The ISH 2027 Organising Committee reserves the final right of interpretation of these terms. The committee also reserves the right to adjust registration fees, discount policies, and key dates as necessary. Any changes will be announced promptly on the congress website.
